Principal’s Profile

Dr.P.CHITRA has joined Paavai Institute of Allied Health Science.as a Principal when the College bloomed for B. Sc. Allied health degree course in the year 2017.

Dr.P.CHITRA Completed M.Sc., Ph.D. in Biochemistry. M.Sc. at Madras University and Ph.D. from Periyar University, Salem.

Over 13 years of teaching experience and 3 years in clinical laboratory service. Served as a Biochemist in Vinayaka mission High-Tech hospital and as a Lecturer at Penang International Dental College. Formerly held the post of Principal in a Salem polyclinic Allied Health Science College.

Published 5+ research articles in International and national journals, focusing on Biochemistry and Occupational Hazards. Presented 20+ research papers in international and national conferences and seminars.

Completed certified training on Quality Management System and Internal Audit in Medical Labs as per ISO 15189:2012 (in 2017).Known for her dedication to academic excellence, leadership, and research engagement in Allied Health Sciences.
