The Electronics Club of the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering in association with the Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers (IETE) organized an event “Quiz Buzz –Tech Quiz” on 18.08.2022 from2.00p.m. to 4.30p.m. to keep pace with the ever-evolving field of electronics. The event was conducted for various branches of Paavai Engineering College. Dr.M.Sahaya Sheela, Professor and Head, ECE, Pavai College of Technology acted as Jury. The welcome address was given by N.Nirmala,third-year ECE.
It was a two-round event and the first round was Epic snatch – Non-Technical then the second round was Mind fizz – Technical, There were 58 participants which consisted of 24 teams in total and it was conducted in the Main Building ECE department Smart Class room No.213 and 214.Kirubakaran.E and David Prakash. M from the third year CSE got first place. Dr.R.Mohana Priya, Associate Professor and Mr .S.Sathish, the Electronics Club coordinators along with student coordinators G.Anbarasan from final year, G.Kannan from the third year ECE organized the event. Faculty members from ECE, event coordinators and other members of the electronics club attended the event. As per the feedback collected from the students, they added it was an opportunity to showcase their talents and improve their technical skills.
