The Department of Food Technology & F5 Association of Paavai Engineering college conducted a guest lecture on “UNLOCKING THE POTENTIAL OF BANANA FROM NUTRITIONAL POWER HOUSE TO INDUSTRIAL APPLICATION” on 17.10.2024 for all the food technology students. The resource person of the day Mr. B Gopi Chandru, Food Processing Technician, Winwal agro international private limited, Banan circle, Tirunelveli flabbergasted the students with the super food banana of and enlightened them about its processing and product values., He also briefed on the advancement in the banana processing. It was insightful to know more about a super food.
