
Today we have celebrated 122nd Birth Anniversary of Prof.M.L. Schroff as Pharma Anveshan 2024 As National Pharmacy Education Day Theme on “Leveraging synergism: Industry Academia Partnership for Implementation of National Education Policy”. The Pharmacy council of India, New Delhi instructed all the Pharmacy colleges in India to conduct the National Pharmacy Education Day to remember Prof. Mahadeva Lal Schroff contributions for establishing the Pharmacy Education in India.
The Pharma Anveshan Programme is a prestigious event that brings together professionals, researchers, and experts from both academia and pharmaceutical industry to discuss the latest advancements, trends, and challenges on implementing national education policy 2020.
On this occasion Today we have conducted webinar on Advancements In Pharmaceutical Biotechnology: Unveiling The Molecular Tapestry With PCR and ELISA Techniques by Dr. F.P Mohsina, Professor, Department of Pharmacology and Toxicology, Luqman College of Pharmacy, Gulbarga, Karnataka, India. The Programme was started with introduction of speaker by Dr.A.Bharath Kumar, Associate Professor, Paavai College of Pharmacy and Research and Dr.R.Sivakumar, Principal addressed the importance of National Pharmacy Education day for Pharmacy professionals and also motivated the students to improve professional’s skills and research knowledge to attain job opportunities in future.
The Speaker Dr. F.P Mohsina created awareness on drug discovery, gene editing, personalized medicine, PCR and ELISA techniques handling procedures. The session was more informative and enlighted the students knowledge on biotechnology oriented career opportunities. The students were interacted with the speaker and clarified their doubts on the biotechnology related research areas. The Third year and Final B.Pharm, second year Pharm.D, and Third year Pharm.D students were participated in this programme. The Principal’s and students from various Pharmacy colleges from Tamil Nadu were participated. The session was ended with vote of thanks conveyed by Dr.A.Bharath Kumar.
