Blood Donation Camp

The National Service Scheme (NSS) of Paavai Engineering College, in association with the Government Hospital, Rasipuram and Sree Jayam Ortho and Multi Speciality Hospital, Mallur, Salem, jointly organized a Blood Donation Camp on 24 January 2026 at the college premises.

The programme was graced by Dr.R.Senthilkumar, Blood Bank Medical Officer, Government Hospital, Rasipuram, Dr.S.Pandiyan, Medical Officer, Rainbow Blood Centre, Karur, Dr.M.Premkumar, Principal, Paavai Engineering College and Mr.C.Rathnakumar, NSS Programme Officer, Paavai Engineering College. They motivated and encouraged the students to actively participate in this noble cause.

The students of Paavai Engineering College enthusiastically participated in the camp and donated blood with a strong sense of social responsibility. A total of 131 students donated blood during the programme. As a token of appreciation, Certificates of appreciation and refreshments were distributed to all the blood donors. The camp was successfully organized and coordinated by Mr.C.Rathnakumar, NSS Programme Officer, Paavai Engineering College. The programme concluded with a sense of fulfillment, reinforcing the spirit of service and commitment among the students.
